Do you offer a refund?+
Yes. If a Single Home Check or Comparison Pack didn't help you think more clearly, write to us within 14 days and we'll refund it. See our refund terms for details.
How does billing work for monthly plans?+
Buyer Journey and Agent Partner are billed monthly and can be canceled from Settings at any time. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my reports if I cancel?+
Your past reports remain readable, and you can export them as PDFs. New reports require an active plan or a single-home check.
Do you charge per home, per user, or per agent client?+
Single Home Check and Comparison Pack are charged per purchase. Buyer Journey is one buyer (or one couple). Agent Partner is one agent and unlimited buyer share links.
What does Bricklight do with my data, and how secure is it?+
SOC 2 Type II attestation completed March 2025, scoped to data privacy and availability for the production environment. Encryption is AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. PII is purged 12 months after account inactivity unless you export the report to a permanent archive. RBAC roles are Admin, Agent, Buyer, and Viewer, and MFA is enforced for Agent/Admin accounts through Auth0.
Does a paid plan let Bricklight act for me?+
No. Bricklight performs no automatic offer submission, document signing, or purchase decisioning. A human must finalize a Reality Report before PDF export.
