Product noteA side-by-side comparison tool for 2-5 homes with auto-calculated metrics: price per feature, monthly stress, repair risk, commute load, and emotional pull. Designed for couples and co-buyers who needed a neutral surface to compare without the conversation turning personal.
Offer Questions Builder
Product noteAn audience-grouped question library that generates copyable prompts for agents, lenders, inspectors, and sellers. Includes default templates for empty states and allows marking questions as complete. Built because buyers kept forgetting to ask the one question that would have changed their decision.
